What is the objective reason for Life and Estate Planning?
We believe many people are not quite sure what Life and Estate Planning is and what the significance of it would be for them. We often provide them the following "definition":
I want to control my property while I am alive, take care of me and my loved ones if I become disabled, and give what I have to whom I want, the way I want, and when I want, and if I can, I want to save every last tax dollar, professional fee, and court cost reasonably possible.
